Passenger check-in counter is opened 120 minutes prior to international and 90 prior to domestic flights departures.

Passengers are obliged to register for the flight in time indicated by the carrier in order to complete all the formalities on time and to check all the documents necessary for the realization of his or her journey (ticket, personal identity card or passport, other documents necessary for entry / exit from the country you are planning to visit …).

In order to enable us to provide you with an adequate service, at check-in for a flight, it is important to emphasize whether it is a particular category of passengers, such as unaccompanied minor, persons with limited mobility, persons who need assistance, persons travelling with pets etc.
