Passengers with limited mobility
While staying at the airport, persons with limited mobility, who have difficulties with accessing the aircraft, will be assisted appropriately by the professional airport staff.
Unaccompanied minors
A ground hostess takes care of a minor to boarding the aircraft. A person accompanying a minor to the airport (parent or other adult person) must not leave the airport until the aircraft takes off.
